At Aerodynamic Supply, we strive to ensure all products meet the highest quality and compliance standards. However, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. This policy outlines the process and conditions for returning aerospace components. 

  

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions: 

  

The item is defectivedamaged in transit, or does not match the ordered specifications

  

The request is made within 30 days of delivery 

  

The part has not been installed, used, or altered

  

The original packaging, labels, and documentation are intact 

  

2. Non-Returnable Items

Special-order or customized components 

  

Parts subject to export control regulations (e.g., ITAR-restricted items) 

  

Items not purchased directly from Aerodynamic Supply

  

Opened, installed, or altered parts 

  

3. Return Procedure

Contact Customer Support at [email/phone] with your order number and reason for return 

  

If approved, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number 

  

Ship the item back using the instructions provided; include the RMA number 

  

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection 

  

4. Refunds and Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or applied as store credit 

  

restocking fee of up to 25% may apply for non-defective returns 

  

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error 

  

5. Shipping Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 business days with photos of the packaging and item. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement if applicable. 

  

6. Warranty Claims

Some aerospace parts may carry a manufacturer's warranty. If applicable, we will help facilitate warranty claims per manufacturer terms.
